Prosciutto . It's like a cross between ham & bacon . VERY thinly sliced ham , cured in sea salt for like a year . Good stuff . Hard to find sometimes , though .

and it is AWESOME!.. the prosciutto that is...dunno about the chocolate a$$ cream.. i'd have to pass on that one too.
