Yeah it definitely looks nice. I hope that the scheme I will be going with will look just as good.

I looked at a couple of your pictures but i cant see them up close...I was just wondering what you used to mount your gauge/gauges..? it looks pretty clean and i am trying to figure out a way to mount mine.

The idea is pretty clean, but the finished product that came on the bike when I got it was one of those 50-50 things (looks good 50 ft away traveling at 50 mph).
which I guess is ok cause it gave me a decent idea for mounting the tach later, I will not be remounting the speedo however.

but it is attached right under the triple using the same hex bolts that hold the clip-ons.

Im trying to come up with somethin for mine...Im thinkin about having my brother weld up a small bracket and bolt it under the triple and use the factory bolts on the gauges...but it has to be compact because i want it to fit behind the front end i put on.

I'm thinking of doing something close to this, but for just a tach, and use a gps for my speedo

Check out how I mounted my gauges.. It worked out perfect..

When you mount them up higher and you want to keep the speedo, your stock cable will be too short... I used a DR650 cable, its about 4" longer than the Kat unit, the 'Zuki DR560 P/N for the '94-'95 cable is 34910-12E00... the '96- is 34910-32E00
