They are a very rare, factory option, that was only offered for 98-99. Not many people ordered them as the Katana is more of a touring bike and alot of buyers like to ride 2-up. You might try searching e-bay, or checking the local buy and sells. Pretty much the only ones left out there are spoken for, and you'll have a hard time prying one out of somebodys hands.
