does the horn have a fuse or anything? if so, where are these fuses? i took a quick look at the wires yesterday and everything seemed to be connected. thanks for the help peoples.

I think auto zone carries them. There is a dual air-horn that you can buy off ebay though that is supposed to be loud as hell and one of the better ones. It cost about $50 bucks though compared to the low cost of the freeway blaster.Kan-O-Gixxer!

theres a lil black button on the side, it says -push-
and it does not dispense slushpuppies.

I suspect that your push-on-plugs on the horn came loose. The horn has (at least on the 98+) a dual-prong male spade connectors, and the wiring to it has a two-in-one female spade connector that pushes onto it. Check to see if it's plugged in -- if it is, unplug it, clean the contacts and reconnect it.
Meanwhile, my advice is to get the Freeway Blaster, which runs about $16 - $18 at PepBoys, etc.
