late night flea bay chrome rim find

I found a chrome rear rim that came off of a 98 750f for 150 bucks in great shape .from what ive nosed around and found here I hope that I am correct in thinking that this should interchange with my 99 600 rear rim. half asleep and hoping like hell I was right.....anyone know ? did I poke myself in the eye or make a good score.sorry if ive totally looked past an obvious post explaining but super tired and half afraid to get excited.

Yeah I know its a katana,at least I don't feel like i've been kidney punched all day by a ****ed off midget because I wanted to ride for 6 hours.
