  • Pre 750 Completed pic's

After a long restoration/modification its done. Well there never really done,
but I'm sure most of you know what I mean. I started out with a very well maintained 96 750 I bought last September with just over 13,000 miles
and no real problems. I just wanted to update the look, handling,
exhaust, etc. I'd like to thank all of you at Katriders.com for all your help,
inspiration, and knowledge. Here's a list of upgrades, modification, etc, and some pictures of the finished bike.
    Thanks Richard

All most everything that was silver before was powder coated a matte black. Wheels, cush drive, swing arm, front fork lowers, fork brace, rear brake lever, top bar mount, rear grab bar, front pegs and mounts, rear
    side trim, etc.

    lockhart phillips dark smoked windshield.

All fairings repaired and painted Dupont Honda racing blue, with the exception of the belly pans painted with Dupont Hot hues hot rod black. By my son.

Black front brake and clutch levers.

Custom stainless bar ends. By Cheriff

    First generation SV chain adjusters.

Vortex sprockets and RK gold x-ring 520 chain.

Custom fabed chain guard powder coated black.

    08 R6 rear shock.

Rebuilt front forks with 1.0KG race tech spring, race tech steels, seals, etc.

EBC pads HH front and organic rears.

Pirelli Diablo strata tires 120/70-17 front and 160/60-17 rear

Custom exhaust using Vance and Hines header, fabed mid pipe, and Yoshimura carbon fiber rs-3 can, all powder coated high temp. black.

All balls wheel bearings front and rear.

And a full service oil, air filter, plugs, etc.

Looks great! I really like the black powder coating accents. You need a sticker or 2 though.

Yah thats what I've been thinking to. I'm just not sure where, what color, or what type. Want to keep it clean looking but still add a little something.

I agree with a sticker or two. Or pin striping or something. Aside from that though, that thing looks sweet! Really nice job.

Actually I won't be running with the center stand, it doesn't clear very well with the fabed mid pipe. I'm just using it as a work stand.

Looks good, job well done. I like the clean look better than stickers.
If you can find original stickers ok, if not leave it clean.

Thanks guys. I'm still a little undecided on the graphics or not. I'm going to orders a setup similar to the graphics the mreedohio did on his latest.
A GSXF with the gsx in matte black and the f in red and the suzuki S logo
in matte black also. and then see how they look prior to installing them
permanently. There pretty cheap so if I don't use them I won't be out that much.
                            Thanks Richard
