  • Third trip to the dragon

Third trip to the dragon and the second trip on the kat. I had four goals to meet on the trip:

    1. No one goes down
    2. No one has bike problems
    3. No tickets
    4. I drag knee

    All four goal were accomplished.

really depends on which turn but, i would say around 25-40 mph. I go into the turns at a safe speed (dont want to brake mid turn) and increase speed once i get the lean angle i want. Went in a little hot on a few of them and braking mid turn unsettles the bike a little bit but, its when you release the brake (weight transfer) that the bike want to move around.

Agreed, and LOTS LESS TRAFFIC! Tim, Nancie, James, Chandi, and myself took Wayah road into the rally this year.
It doesn't matter what you ride, as long as you ride.
