I believe the fine was $288 which turned out to be the same fine if I was going 21 mph over the limit but he could have gone way over that. The cop didn't give me a wreckless because I pulled over, then the judge saw that and took it easy on me.

You got off easy. In VA anything over 85 is reckless. There is a good chance you would see jail time for that here. I had to do 100 hours of community service plus $150 fine and $43 in court fees.
