    • started putting some rim tape on my wheels. Couldn't finish it last night as it's one of those broken down graphic types with separate pieces. Cleaned her up and took her on a ride to get the juices flowing back into her since my incident a few days ago. Ready to ride her!

              • Trying to find out why I keep losing the right top fairing bolt (next to tank). Since I put her back together after painting I've lost two bolts already. One stock and one from a kit puchased at bikebolts.

First one was without a washer but broad shouldered (stock). That never was a problem the previous 6.000km. It seems there is more tension on the fairings now. Maybe they layed flat on the ground for too long.
The next one did have a rubber washer.. not anymore now.

Yeah. I should remember to bring some loctite home from work. At this rate I'll be ordering a new bolt set every month.

                              • I opened up the cluth mechanism and cleaned out that safety switch then realized i could flip it around so now the bike will start only while not pulling on the clutch , awesome , then the two left side spark plugs fouled again , they were good for a few minutes then i ran out of gas , re fueled and then i was only on the cylinders the two on the right side . This is the third time the two plugs on the left and the same 2 carbs are not working . i rolled the bike for nearly 1000km with no problems and now this .
