Help with Torque settings please

My son has asked me to do some work on his bike while he is on holiday.
The bike in question is a UK spec. 2012 GSX650F, can anyone help with the following torque settings please.

He very thoughtfully left the bike with me but no sign of the manual I know he has because I bought it for him so I wouldn't have to work on his bike.

Front axle
pinch bolt
rear axle
brake calliper bolts.

Thanks, I did look at that page but it doesn't seem to cover the newer 650 model, only the 600, 750 and 1100 are listed.

the 650 should be similar enough if the bolts are same diameter.
