  • B12 = Bandit 1200?

    Hi!

I´v seen headers thats was referd to as B12 headers. Is that the name of a aftermarket or a standard Bandit 1200 header? =)

Refers to the standard Suzuki Bandit 1200 headers.

    B12 for short.

      Yup.
90% of motorcycle forum members do not have a service manual for their bike.

Should be better flow than stock, but my V&H header was bigger than the bandit.
Here's the measurements from when I put my pipes on my B12.

Bandit: 1-1/2" Primary tubes and 1-7/8" Pipe
              V&H: 1-5/8" Primary tubes and 2-1/4" Pipe

Id say if you have a B12 header laying around use it, but if you are looking for better/bigger exhaust, got aftermarket.
