I couldn't prime my brakes after a caliper rebuild, stainless lines, and speedbleeders. I hooked up the oral syringe to one end of the hose that comes with the speedbleed bag. Amazingly, by itself, it created enough vacuum to pull out the air and brake fluid.

In addition, for a reason which I can't explain at this time, the vacuum of the syringe with the pressure of the break system forced air out of the system better than one or the other. When using the brake pedal alone, only brake fluid would come out of the system. When using the syringe along, the same thing. When both the syringe and brake pedal were used at the same time, the air was forced out instead of the brake fluid.

I was going to remove the bolts yet again and syringe in brake fluid to the empty chambers as CP recommended, but my syringe broke. So, I found this oral syringe which happened to fit the bleeding hose perfectly, and it worked and allowed me to remain somewhat lazy and bleed the brakes without unscrewing everything.
