Using the advice from grumpyoldgit and others I have finished my cowl. What do you guys think? Total cost to make and paint $117, and took 2 weeks. Would anyone put a back pad on thier solo cowl or is that too much?

No Teddy not hard at all. I think the hardest thing I had to do was using bondo to take out some of the flaws in the shape. I'm checking threads to see how to make a cowl back rest and if it make the cowl look bad. Keep up the informative post katriders
