new to sportbikes, i have a 97 gsx600f and have a mod question...will the exhaust from a 2005 hayabusa fit on mine? i know ill have some moutning issues to tackle, and tips or advise, or strong warning to not go through with this? thanks for the help

the main reason im not buying a new exhaust is that im a single father on a very tight budget...plus these pipes are free, my buddy is convinced it will work...im sure we can mouth them, any thoughts on what kind of performance changes ill be looking at? good or badComment

well im hoping to change the look, not sure what pipes are on it now and when i took it to a shop they had no idea, some kind of custom job, loud as hell but ugly as sin. I bought the bike this summer for $1000 just to have a new project. Next plans include a headlight conversion and then work on the tail sectionComment

thanks, gonna start all the mods on sunday...still freezing here in denver so need to get it all done before riding season starts...tried to go out a few weeks ago and nearly froze my balls off!!!Comment
