I seen a few bikes on here they have a chrome housing inside their headlights unlike my smoked look. Where can I get the all clear headlights from?

The chrome reflector all the way to the lens was used in model years 98 - 02. Starting in '03, the newer style black-surround reflector was used. Most suspect it's a cost issue (cheaper to silver-vacuum-plate a smaller area). To get the full-size surround, you'd have to find an used headlight from the earlier years and replace yours -- the suzuki supply system is out of the earlier type and if you try to order one, you'll end up with another of the later type.

Personally I prefer the newer style from an asthetics point of view. Don't know why...just looks stealthier. I woder if the all chrome ones throw out a different amount/pattern of light?Comment

hmmm... i like the newer one... i have a 99. i might be willing to trade... though i'd have to make sure mine isn't scratched or anything first to be fair.
my kat is black so the darker headlight housing would look better IMHO.I'm completely in favor of the separation of Church and State. My idea is that these two institutions screw us up enough on their own, so both of them together is certain death. - George Carlin
