Anyone know if bar risers are available for 98-06 Katanas? I'd like to come up about an inch, and haven't seen any options.

There are a number of options, including ConvertiBars (adjustable bars risers), and a conversion kit to use standard hollow one-piece bars. Additionally, with longer bolts, you can fabricate a riser that will sit between your existing riser plate and the bars (but you'll need longer cables and to check the clearances in turning compared to the instrument surround/fairings).
