    First ride on the Kat

    So I took the Kat to work this morning. Technically it's not the first time I've ridden it, but it's the most I've ever ridden it at one time. It seems like a fun bike to ride! Of course, I compare everything to the Bandito, but I had a fun ride in this morning.

    Maybe if it doesn't storm this afternoon I'll take the "long way" home?

          It's running pretty good. The idle is a little high, and I'm not sure why. I adjust it down a little bit, and 20 minutes later it's back up again? Oh well it is really fun to ride. Much easier to get to lean.

          It's a 97 600 Kat, and it's for the girlfriend. The Bandit is my bike.

          She's been out on it twice so far. Tonight should be ride #3 if the weather holds. She completed the MSF class, and we ride around the neighborhood now.
