if memory serves me right, I believe I saw a mamber on here with an early 80's 1100 or 750 kat. I believe it was yellow maybe? did I see it here, or am I confusing it with another site? I think I like the yellow and would like to see it again. I am trying to decide if I want to go back to original color, or change it for something else.

Seriously though, the blue frame has to go.I am going to have it powder coated black this winter,once i get the new to me motor sorted/delivered, and other mods i have lined up 
. you don't have a spare seat laying around for the 82 per chance

I don't have a spare seat, but check the link steves posted.
I need an engine/clutch cover myself.....wouldn't have one of those would ya? mine is there, and it doesn't look like it leaks....but there is a nice long welded seem right down the center of it.
If you know of any aftermarket covers that might fit, feel free to share the link.I don't have a short temper. I just have a quick reaction to bullshit.

I don't know if i should let you have the engine cover you need, now that you have insulted my ' WHAT WAS I THINKING, AT THE TIME', blue frame. I do have a couple of covers somewhere,i will take a look and get back to you I have a 1127 motor coming, that i am going to put in there, and i am working on a undertail exhaust also,but these things will be done over the winter. To busy riding just now.

you know what.....I have a couple of 1127's in my shop, so if I find the time I will maybe polish you up a couple of engine parts like the side covers. It will be a piece of cake if I ever get around to getting some new buffing wheels for a the polishing machine I bought. Then I can ship them to you and you ship me back the ones you have. But that is just an idea. You might want to keep it all black or can do it yourself. So anyone have a source for locksets? I've been scouring the internet to find a seat and tank lock for mine.
We got it from a garage, and I just recently recovered the title, but we didn't have any of the original keys.-Steve
