Is a Fender Eliminator the same thing as a cut off shovel? I am tryin to read up on many different things so forgive me for the dumb questions? Also how easy/hard and time consuming is it to install a Ivan Jet Kit with 0 mechanical skills?

Same thing. Search and you can see everything from brackets made at home to purchased kits. Everyone here is great, I just did my shovel chop and found all the information I needed here in this forum.Is a Fender Eliminator the same thing as a cut off shovel? -

Chopping your fender is an inexpensive fender elimination. However, when they talk about a fender eliminator....it is to completely remove the fender (at least the part hanging down) and bolt on something to hold your plate and indicators...Comment

Undertail is a something that goes along with the fender eliminator. It fits up under the tail of your bike and basically "fills in" the underside of the tail section with more bodywork. Gives it a nice clean look when you combine it with small bracket for your turn signals.
Kinda hard to see in this pic but this bike has the small license plate/signal bracket on it along with an undertail.
