What's a shovel? I hear about shovel's being removed from the Kats but what exactly is it? Also what is a hugger for that matter? And what is the price ranges for a Yoshi/D & D slip on exhaust? I only ask about the exhaust prices cause I wanna make sure that I am actually gonna get what I need and not pay an arm and a leg for it. Also Anyone got any advice on some things I could add onto the bike to make it look oh so sweet

the shovel is the overly large rear fender. that's a pretty easy mod. you can buy a bracket from ebay or you can just cut part of the fender off and mount the license plate on what's left. good cosmetic mods would include clear turn signals, if you doing the shovel mod - an integrated tail light, and a braada solo seat cowl. other than that, you've got a nice looking bike! good luck.

Sorry you asked for it. All joking aside the shovel is the black plastic that your liscence plate and turn signals are mounted onto the back of the bike. It basically acts as a fender to keep dirt,road debries ect. off of your back. Mostly everyone on here chops theirs off with a hack saw dremmel or similar cutting tool. NOTE after removing the shovel you will need to rig(macgyver) or buy a new plate bracket as to the fact you cut your old one off. Many people believe this makes there bike look good but check with your local bike mechanic and see if he will pass it without the shovel. I know down here in good ole PA some people tend to not pass bikes with this removed. Not exactly sure what a hugger is yet....i'm newer as well. Yoshi exhaust for a full system could be up to $500 guesstimating. Check out E-bay for prices and there are normally Kat exhausts for sale there. As for tips on making your bike look oh so sweet I think it already does!! Nice looking Kat Najus

well at least ya already got the smoked windscreen! nice colors, go ahead and do the chop. clear lenses, my pref is yoshii, ivans jetkit, advancer, perhaps save on the hugger and do others first.....Ray - Thank you, may I have another?

You can find Yoshi pipes on ebay alot for between $200 and $300. I prefere the Yoshi over the DnD but there are others who think the other way. The bike looks good already.Comment

First, get rid of the shovel. (the large goddy thing on the back of your bike.) New slip-on. Smoked front turn signals. You've already got the windshield. Looks great!Comment
