with my old 90 750, i pay 200 a year for liability only.

your location, age, and other factors are going to play heavily into your rates. best bet is to call around and get some quotes.

I pay ~ $265 a year with State Farm for full coverage and a $250 deductible. I hear they have the best rates, but I may also get a better rate because I have my car(s), homeowners and life insurance with them. I've been using them almost 15 years and have never made a claim to boot.

When I went for a quote with Progressive to compare, it was almost $700 a year for the same coverage. I stuck with State Farm

Hope this helps and good luck.

yeah I would say so, thats an awesome rate for full coverage, even better than most state farm rates Ive heard of.

I have progressive for my cars and my bike. I think I may have 1 point on my record still but im not totally sure on that. 600.00 a year or so, full coverage for the bike.

I went to Progressive today and they quoted me $608.00 and that is on a 1999 Katana 600. I am 21 so thats not too bad.

The only problem with Farm Bureau is that you have to have your car insurance through them in order to insure a motorcycle through them.
