  • Rider Improvement Gone Bad...

Well I was on my way down to Orlando for a few weeks for a class.

I thought I'd meet some of the gang at Jennings to work on my riding.

In the just the second session things went wrong.

    Good...

    Bad...

I highsided in the second session. The rear left go, and I went flying. To add insult to ingury the bike flipped, and landed on me. I ended up breaking my leg, and having the peg go through the bottom of my left foot.

The worst part of it all was having my wife there.

By far the best part was my friends taking care of my wife, and I while I'm laid up (thanks). We are still not back home yet. The last week we have spent with Steve, and Megan in Charlotte relaxing. We owe all of these guys, and girls so much.

Wow the first pic looked good. The second pic looked bad. The third shows a smile so it still must have been fun. Take care.

Dam Jay. You know it could have been worse with the bike landing on you. You will be back to normal in no time. By the way like your lid. I had the same one. I now have the other version of that helmet. How did your helmet look after the accident? Get well soon.

I'm really sorry to hear of your misfortune. I hope the bones heal fast and the insurance takes care of the bike even faster

You can always look on the bright side if you try:
At least you were somewhere where medical staff was near on hand...

                    Cheers,

Shouldn't the pictures have been labelled "Good", "Bad" and "Ugly"? Just kidding.

Sorry to hear about your accident. How long before you are back in the saddle?
