  • How was your mileage this season???

With the riding season coming to a close here in the Northeast, just wanted to see what kind of mileage everyone put on for the 2005 season.
I was aood for about 4000 miles. Probably a little better than last year.
Next year I am going for 5000!! How did you do??

      It's only November

Season ain't over yet, but even though I was deployed for 7 months, I still have 7K or so to date.

I have to dig up the numbers but I think it's 15,000kms or about 9300 miles.

              Km.s

I put my bike away yesterday. November 11th.
I'd say it was good timing.
It hailed and sleated over night and the road is covered in salt dust today.

I bought her this past spring with 15,496 kms on her.
              It is now showing 26,472.

Thats awful close to 11,000 ain't it?

You know , I don't really know . I think I did a bit less than 10K . Of course , I only really ride on sundays , and I spend so much time tinkering with my carbs and such . How about saying I used about 1.5 sets of tires .

I'd say it's about 800 miles each way give or take a few.

you might have actually done more than me. aside from a little riding around here, and a few trips with chris (katman05) to vermont and new hampshire, i really didn't ride much. that is a big contrast to the summer i put 43k kms on the bike.

i don't know....just wasn't into it this year. even the new tires i put on in the spring still look new. oh well....at least i don't have to worry about buying new ones next spring.
