Does any body know what the little black I'll call it a box for lack of a better word is under seat In the tail by the break light i5 has a multitude of diff colored wires coming out of it can find it on any of the wording diagram I've looked at any help would b appreciated

Looks about like the one I put in when I put in the brake light flasher. Lots of wires but works to get me noticed.
Maybe an older version of this one, with an additional shrink tube over the electronic box?
