Dude - wow! NICE job! That bike has come a long way!
How much of that was done professionally vs yourself? If you don't mind me asking?

There has been no professional work done on this apart from the obvious Powder coating and Reboring. This Bike has been a joint and shared Project between My brother in Law Pete and Myself.Ive done the Engineering side and Pete did the fantastic Paintjob. We are sharing this bike as we have gone halves on It.

Nice going mate you've taken it from that 'dumped in a canal look' to a thing of beauty.

We havent totted it up yet,but yes lets say it tested my Wifes patience. Once We had started it looked too good to cut corners,so We said if it cost £2000 thats a £1000 each,so could you buy a Bike like that for a Grand?...well thats what We convinced Ourselves. The Proof will be in the Riding.

It has turned out VERY nice! You do realize it is NOT a Katana, though, right? Very big transformation.

Yes I'm quite aware that this Bike is a Cuckoo in the Nest on Here.I wasnt sure what it was when I got it ,so I asked on this Board. The consensus of opinion was the members wanted to see what, if anything happened to this Bike. Its a 1985 Suzuki GSX750ES GR72A
