  • Kats go!

Hi all! Just bought my first bike it's an '05 750F with about 8k on it. a few scrathches but other than that a quality first bike. Everyone says that we will all crash at somepoint in our careers of motorcycling. I imagine that it is a good statement to respect and it may limit my chances. I just got my license endorsement and had never really thought that I would pick it up so quick but it's something that provides some excitement in life and I have always enjoyed the closeness of nature while riding a bicycle as well. Any advice would be appreciated by this new nightprowler. Good to meet you and ride safe.

    Hello & welcome

First off ,make sure you have protective clothing.
beside the helmet a very good pair of motorcycle gloves.
jacket with padding & boots not running shoes with laces!!!
Be aware of your surroundings at all times, intersections are
dangerous ,(watch for drivers making left hand turns toward you,
they just don't see you) try to keep 2 fingers resting on the brake
in case you have to stop in a hurry. Don't take any passengers with you until you have lots of saddle time..!! Take the motorcycle safety course
they have a lot to teach you. Good luck
