  • First time out on the interstate!!

been riding around my town and neighboring area and finally got comfortable enough to try my skills an the interstate. Was a rush!!! Had never gone that fast for that long before on two wheels, wasnt bad although the wind was blowing me all around and checking my blind spot almost made me an owl.
i know many of you have tackled this a while ago and its no big deal now, im just proud of my self and wanted to share my excitement.
    thank you for your time.

Definitely a blast! Especially once you start dipping through traffic at 130mph and speeding on the shoulder while everyone else is stuck in rush hour traffic!
      Extra life.

I remember my first time on the interstate/high way, I was doing 90mph just to stay away from people. Did not last long 3 exits later got off and took the back roads. Now I feel fine at 70 as long as there is no cars on my side, and as for doinf 130+ through rush hour you have to be dumb. Last night on a back road I got my kat to 110 and that was just for fun. It was a small strech of road and no one around so if anything did happen it would have been just me getting hurt. As for the rush, well just make sure you keep an eye out for others and don't hang on a 1/4 panal. I found keeping your speed 5-10mph faster then others around you, you will feel better then doing the same speed as you are par say leaving others behind you. I'm all for speed but 130 is fun but don't get greedy with your luck, and try not to be another mofo that puts a bad name to sport bikes "other's eyes" and be safe!

I hope you're trying to be funny, because I'm laughing my *** off.

I appreciate that you can spot sarcasm in text. Congrats though on getting on the highway. That, plus country road riding is awesome. I find myself dreading days that I have to drive my car for the day. I am loving my kitty.
