Good for you! Be patient and try to stay focused on the exercises; even the ones that seem kinda stupid. You're training your muscles and reflexes as much as your mind. -

oh i see! thats like an advanced rider type course we get over here. been riding since i was a teen but we can all learn something new! i hope to do a similar thing myself someday.

MSF (Yes, Motorcycle Safety Foundation) has three courses. The Basic Riders Course, meant for brand new riders; BRC 2 (used to be called the Experienced Riders Course), designed for riders with at least 6 months of experience and their own bike and the Sport Bike Riders Course, meant for people on high-performance bikes.
In most states, a MSF course will get a new rider's road test waived when they go to get their license. Some states will also waive the written test and a few states require the course or an equivalent for riders under 18.Comment
