I did not slam it down but I lost my footing and poof the bad happend. Really glad I did not have the front farings on or I would be ()!

Its just a matter of time for any rider, I expect to go down at some point but did not think it would be at walking speed.

That's the best speed to be at IF you're goin' down! Now you have practiced how to get the bike back up if it falls over. It's a good thing to have practiced (once). Let's not do that again....

That's why we wear full-face helmets. No???
On a more serious note...well maybe not serious....but I was letting my Kat warm up a bit a few years ago at the end of my driveway while I went back in the house to get my gear so I could ride to work. Over it went because there was a slight incline and it mostly fell on the grass. The grass was damp from rain the night before and I couldn't get my footing so I went and asked my neighbour for help (who's older than I am) and I never realized he liked to walk around his house in the mornings nude...... not something I really wanted to see that morning.

That run in with the neighbor must have been much worse than dropping the bike. I bet you go to a different house now for help?

This would not be the best thing to see first thing in the morning!

This I hope never happens to me, I'm on the look out like crazy all the time when it comes to stoping at a red light. Although I never stop in the center im off to the curb or the dotted line just to have a exit if need to be. But I would lose a lot of pride if I dropped it at a stop light.

Losing your pride would be sometrhing like forgetting to plant your feet trying to get out of a gas station when three bikinis walk by......and you dump your bike. ........don't ask me how I know.

I almost dropped my GS450 once at a gas station. I was swinging out the side stand (I thought) and must have hit the centerstand instead...so no stand...and I thought the side stand was out ....leaned the bike over, expecting it to rest on the stand...no stand out...lost balance...recovered...but almost lost it.
I did drop that bike on my driveway. I rode right into a mudhole without looking were my tires were going...bike started wiggling like a snake I couldn't control and low speed dropped it...
Come to think of it- I've dropped every bike I've ever owned at least once. My Honda Xl125 takes the cake though...it's been dropped at least a dozen times (LOL)...

I almost dropped my bike in the garage. I had it up on the side stand moved it forword about 2 feet and went to set it back on the stand and arghhhh it flipped up. I happened to catch it before it hit the floor but I did put a 1" by 1/2" scratch in the faring. Could have been worse i guess. Just glad no on was around to see I was embarrassed enough lol.
