Question to the kat gurus, besides gears cams and carbs what's the difference between a post kat and 91 gsxr they are both longstroke correct?

damn lol, ok maybe this would be easier, say i had a post kat bottom end and wanted to put a gsxr top end on it would it physically worknever argue with an idiot, they'll drag you down to there level and beat you with experience.

That's basically what the 89 750 was. If the stroke is the same it should work.1992- project katfighter

well my theory behind this questions, is i've seen a 91 gsxr 750 with 89 gsxr top end so bigger pistons with longstroke essentially a stroked 750 making it something like an 813 or 825 cant quite remember and i think it just needed a custom spacer to make of the height for the longer stroke, so i was thinking of doing something along these lines down the road if the i could get a lower end for the right pricenever argue with an idiot, they'll drag you down to there level and beat you with experience.
