  • ***new set-up finally installed***

Well, I got my sprockets and chain done today. I upraded from my OEM sizes of 15/47.
I went with JT Sprockets and an RK Chain (All purchased from HS2020)(MOPOWERSPORTS)

After much thought, I decided to go with a 14/48 set-up.
It seems to be great so far. You can tell the power change in the low end, but I DID lose TOP END (10-15mph) I also have noticed that I am running approx. 500-700 RPM's higher than I was with my OEM set-up.

I had thought that since I went down in the front, and up in the rear on sprockets that my chain would still be the 118 Links as it was stock, but the chain ended up being 119 Links.

I have only rode apporx. 40 miles on the new set-up so far, but I like it.

I want to thank Jimmy (HS2020)(MOPOWERSPORTS) for everything that you have done in helping me decide on my new set-up, and in the purchase of everything.

I RECOMMEND MOPOWERSPORTS TO ALL MEMBERS OF KR.
    EXCELLENT SERVICE!

So far it is great. at 70 MPH there is only a 500-700 RPM change as stated above, which isnt much sound wise, even with my D&D Exhaust . I did lose top end, but oh well, my low end is MUCH better. I would rather be able to move out the way quicker when I have idiot drivers near me.
