If you had placed an unfilled order through Marc, please send an email to the cyberpoet's former email address. Van and Paula still have access to his email accounts, but not to his paypal. They will make every attempt to fill outstanding orders.

If for some reason they are unable to fill your order, and you are unable to reach a compromise with Paula and/or Van I will personally cover the price of the refunds. YOU MUST contact Van first to start the process.
