Can anyone tell me where I can buy a fender eliminator for a 2006 Katana? Looking for the entire piece that would replace the entire shovel part of the back.

Ive always thought it more prudent to make your own if you have the means. I made a custom bracket with my FIL, and got clear short stalk signals on ebay. Total cost all together was about 20.00 total and that was mainly the cost of the signals and shipping. A scrap piece of metal and alittle creativity and you can have yourself one helluva custom bracket. :)

Of course if you don't have access to someone who can cut and shape metal for you then the fender elims on ebay that were mentioned work great, they're just so damn expensive for a hunk of metal and some plastic signals

I have to agree with wildcat, cut off the rear fender, find how to get a hold of creese and order one of his $20 plate/signal brakets.

Unless you want the undertail kit.

Well I've done the mod myself, I'll put some pictures up soon. I took pics through out the process after looking at other peoples work.

I actually spent $7 at home depot and 2 nights taking my time.

I just ordered mine from him, if you look at his ebay auctions he has a direct paypal link where you can get them for 15 shipped.

I was actually thinking about building one of my own with LED's instead of standard lights the only things is I would probably have to use a load resistor to make the blinkers work properly.

It is quicker to go to google and type 3 words Katana Fender Eliminator

than to write a whole paragraph here. (just my opinion). google is your friend :)

Also just use a razor knife to cut.
