Anything else I need?

I'm about to do some work on my 05 600 kat, as soon as all my parts come in, heres what i got lined up so far:

-Ivans jet kit (to replace the dyno one the dealer put it that I've had trouble with)
-Swapping out K&N filter for stock air filter (Advice from Ivan's)
-Factory Pro 5deg ignition advancer
-Vortex sprocket 15/51
-Factory pro Trans Detent Spring Kit
-rk 530xso 122 link chain
-NGK Iridium pulgs
-Brake Fluid change to the clear stuff
-Upgrade to metzeler z6 tires

I'm fairly new to working on bikes, I definitely would not try any of this on my own without this forum, so if anyone sees something that I may have missed or have any general advice it would be of much help.

I have a yoshimura rs3 pipe on the bike right now, does anyone run that exhaust with Ivan's jet kit? Is it a good way to go, and did you run into any problems?
