whats missing?? relays? 1991 katana

hi all,

I picked up this 1991 Katana at an auction as a theft recovery. it's missing it's fairings, clutch lever and somthing that goes here...

if you notice, there are a couple wires hanging there, looks like a ground wire....not sure what is meant to be there (i was told it's missing a relay or 2). I don;t have a service manual, so i'm hoping someone can confirm what is missing in that location.

btw, the bike is forsale, if anyone is looking for a project bike in Ontario, Canada, i'm looking to get $1500obo .
