  • Anyone used the Super Bright LEDS?

I am thinking of lighting up my '01 Katana. I found some LED's on this site superbrightleds.com They have good prices, and look pretty bright. I am curious if any one here has used them, and if so how difficult are they to work with, and how bright are they. Also how many lights did you actually use?
    Thanks
    Doug

I did several times, for all kind off applications.
No hard deal to work with.
Brightness is expressed in CMD the higher the brighter, apart from that you'll find the light-emitting angle different the lower the value the more-bundled the light.(you can even buy LED's acting as a spotlight)
The superbrightleds website is imo one off the best sites i ever could find, every LED is well-described so it won't be a problem to choose what you want.

Just keep in mind you can't just throw in some leds and have them work, depending on the way you want to use them you may need some extra resistors to protect the LEDs from overcurrent.
    A helpfull page.

Before I forget. use a good soldering iron with a fine tip and keep in mind a LED doesn't like heat....
