Frame Slider question

I have been looking at frame sliders for my 2001 Katana. All I have seen make you cut holes in the body, and im not sure im really willing to do that. You get frame sliders to help minimize damage and protect the body and other parts, yet they want you to cut a hole in the body.. I have looked on the site and I seen someone mention that they knew and or had about frame sliders for kats that dont require body cutting. Any info on this would be helpful. Thanks all.
