A few people have asked where my 82 Katana project is at so I thought I'd post up a few pictures. Waiting on some new engine bolts otherwise the Bandit 1200 motor would be installed. Decided to go with some 5 spoke Marchesini rims...front is a 3.5"x17" rear is a 6"x17" Also, I landed a set of NTC rear shocks through a connection in Japan...they're supposed to perform fairly well and it seems to be what all the japanese kat tuners are using so I figure what the heck. Here it is so far...

Nice! So is that an OEM 82 Kat frame? I can see you have made mods to the rear section and I'm pretty sure the swing arm is a custom unit.

Yep...82 frame with a few mods (extra bracing, OEM peg hangers removed, rewelded) Arm is a modded Kawaski ZRX1100 unit :D
