Does anyone know the type of resin or whatever it's called that they use on things like CF tank pads. It's almost like a gel but i'm not sure where i would find something like that. Anyone know?

I think its a type of sillycone (sp I know I just thought I'd put it up to raz BP)...
...I don't know if you can buy the stuff but maybe someone else would know for sure...
